So I've seen these books around and was wondering if they were any good? Basically they're novels meant to connect various old Horror films together into one universe.

They definitely sound interesting but considering they each go for like 35 bucks a pop and boxset is 80, I'm hesitant to go blind buying them. And can't find them in libraries either.
I've never read any of his fiction, but he is one of the best non-fiction writers when it comes to classic horror movies.
I have all three of those books..the Wolf Man is a must have with it's detailed backstory of Larry Talbot through the years as well as appearances by more than just one renowned horror character,,fantastic read! The Mummy book is another great journey with the mysteries of not just Kharis and Imhotep but a few other immortals as well. Finally, the Carl Denham book touches on a lot of things from Skull Island to Gojira. All the three are a joy to get lost in.

If you're into games, https://bacanaplaycasino.net/ (https://bacanaplaycasino.net/) this could also be a cozy spot for them to relax while you play.

They often intertwine familiar plots and characters, creating unique crossovers and expanding the original stories. However, the quality can vary depending on the author and how much you resonate with their style. If you're a fan of old horror films, it's worth giving one a try!
Hello folks,
Well, as one of Frank's proofreaders (& dialogue police), I can rightfully say that his books are very good. Frank is a gifted writer who writes for Monster Bash Creepy Classics & other Horror film magazines. He weaves his tales using the horror films of old. Let's face it - it's all up to the reader to make their own decisions about them. Speaking from my own experience... If they weren't any good - then I wouldn't be bothered or involved.
The books I've been involved in are:
2014 - I Saw What I Saw When I Saw It (Frank gave me a pretty good write up in the acknowledgements of this one).
2015 - I provided some dialogue ideas for his 3-volume book box.
2015 - Vampire Over London 2nd edition.
2017 - A Werewolf Remembers - The Testament of Lawrence Stewart Talbot - My personal favorite.
2018 - Carl Denham's Giant Monsters.
2020 - The Passion of the Mummy.
2022 - Patron Saints of the Living Dead.
2024 - The latest book has yet to be released.
Haven't been around as I've dived back into my passion of Synthesizer Workstations. Since 2023 - I purchased a Korg Nautilus 88, a Roland Fantom 7 EX and I just made the last payment on my Roland Jupiter X. So, I've been pretty busy learning new sequencing techniques involved with the Fantom.
Monsters are always there & will always be there. Wishing fellow UMA members all the best.

Same to you! Good to hear from you! :)
Just picked up PATRON SAINTS OF THE LIVING DEAD and it is as interesting a read so far as the previous books. I'm enjoying it immensely.
Hello Monster lovers,
Glad to share that I received my copy of Frank Dello Stritto's new book:
Deals With the Devil, Dialogues with Death.
As always, it is an honor to be asked, and always a pleasure to collaborate and work with Frank. A great book!
I wanted to post a picture of the cover, as it's very cool, but I couldn't figure out how to post an image from my PC.

As I enjoyed the PATRON SAINTS OF THE LIVING DEAD book, I ordered the latest book DEALS WITH THE DEVIL..currently on its' way.
I didn't think the image posted. It didn't show up on the preview. It's a beautiful book. I always love to see and re-read the finished product of a manuscript that was just a document when Frank sends it to me to proofread.
Great original story intertwined with appearances of "you know who" as Mr. Cadwallader, Lucifer, Beelzebub, Mephistopheles, Baphomet, Moloch along with his minions/underlings.
