I read about this I believe on inside universal website. It's a UM haunted house for their annual Halloween Horror nights attraction this year. It's an original story and soundtrack featuring the female UM. It sounds interesting. It will be held at the Universal theme parks this Halloween. The soundtrack will be available to purchase.
There have been vids posted of the attractions at Universal Orlando and California. The set up in California seems to have been done with a bigger budget.
Lots of jump scares.
I saw a commercial on tv today for the new universal studios theme park in Orlando featuring the universal monsters. The commercial stated the park will open in May.
The new Universal Monster theme park has opened in Orlando. There are vids posted on YouTube showing some of the attractions inside. It looks immersive. Currently only the intro of the Frankenstein ride is available to watch. The animatronics look amazing.
There are cast members in the park dressed as The Invisible Man, Frankenstein's monster and the Bride of Frankenstein.

Looks pretty cool!
Well there are now videos of the entire ride. I saw Easter eggs for fans of the classic films. I adored the vid of the couple visiting the park and having a conversation with the Bride of Frankenstein. She stayed in character and her outfit was perfect. The Bride knew the lore of the movies.

So, all she said was "Eeek!".
She's more articulate since the castle explosion but her mannerisms and look haven't changed much.
The main drawback for me is the ride. It looks like fun but people have complained about it giving them motion sickness. I don't do well on rides which throw you around.
One stand up in this cart and it whips you around inside the castle. That's not for me. Disney type rides I'm okay with but super fast rides I don't enjoy.

The one that always made me want to hurl was the carnival ride call the "Tilt-a-Whirl". Spins in 3 directions at once. "urrrp!"
