I never knew this existed. Anytime I discover something new of Vincent Price, well....its super cool.

Written by Victor Pemberton! The creator of the Sonic Screwdriver from Doctor Who. When I got to meet him at a Doctor Who Con, he mentioned this in passing and I completely forgot to look for it. Thank you for posting this.

Victor was an interesting man, with plenty of stories to tell. Sadly, he never saw a dime from any Sonic Screwdriverr related merch, but did get to write a few of the Who novels. That opened doors for him as a published author that had previously been closed.

I ended up with this book, Fury From the Deep, that Victor gave to his partner David after Victor passed.

David and Victor were both in Doctor Who as actors, and Victor was also a writer and script editor.

I remember listening to Night of the Wolf several years ago, but I don't recall much about it (except one anguished soliloquy). I should check it out again. So, thanks for the reminder.

Pemberton's first sci-fi script, The Slide (1966),was produced as a radio play, starring Roger Delgado. It led to the Fury from the Deep commission. I started that once. Not quite sure why I didn't finish it.
