Being a fan of older movies, I remember him primarily from his childhood roles.
'Watched "Baretta" a few times and thought he was good in the "Of Mice and Men"
remake. 'Lost track of him after that, but for the trial coverage. Didn't he always
appear as a guest on talk shows with an unlit cigarette in his hand?
Anyhow, have a peaceful rest, Mr Blake. Life sure slipped you a few mickies.

In Cold Blood is a superb film and features an absolute, chilling performance from him. Maybe his best role.
The trial put a tarnish on his work, even though he maintained his innocence. RIP
