Hi,
Can anyone recommend this? I see it's by Tom Welland who did the "Creature Chronicles" book... wondering if the only thing "new" here is the script and how much of the book it takes up.
Creature from the Black Lagoon (Universal Filmscripts Series Classic Science Fiction) https://www.amazon.com/dp/1629337455/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_7ZT0ZY618ENJFZ3YR5JW (https://www.amazon.com/dp/1629337455/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_7ZT0ZY618ENJFZ3YR5JW)
I have this ( and a couple of others from the series) and I enjoy it. I'm traveling right now so I can't pull it out and compare it to the Creature Chronicles, but I think it's a nice volume to have. I don't recall the original cover price, but I think the volumes were less expensive when they were originally released.
Best,
RF

The history part was written by Tom Weaver, not Welland. It's about 50 pages. Then the script, followed by a repro of the Showman's Manual.
Thanks, both of you!
Every book in that series has proven to be fun and entertaining and a valuable research tool.
