I like PSYCHO III, but PSYCHO II is my favourite of the sequels. Norman is so sympathetic and trying so hard, plus Jerry Goldsmith's score is beautiful and sad.

Oh how I love that score. Goldsmith had a way of touching your soul with this one.

One of my favorite movies from the 80s is Fright Night (1985).  I love the horror host in the show Peter Vincent, and how helps Charley defeat the vampires.  There's so much nostalgia in the movie for me.  I remember watching it on tv in the 80s, probably on HBO, and being so afraid of the vampires, but loving the idea that anyone can fight monsters.

During Christmas, I watch a ton of holiday movies and tv shows, but nothing (except A Christmas Story) comes close to Christmas Evil (1980).  It is my go-to movie this time of year and a kind of a tradition to watch over on https://themonsterchannel.com/.
