The Mystery of the Ghost Farm is pretty lousy. If you want to see it free, it is on YouTube.
I don't think it ever got an official Disney release on DVD, but copies can be bought. I don't think they look any better than the YouTube version.
Sad to hear. He was a terrific child actor. RIP Tommy
