Just seeing all those icons of monster fandom alive and happy again made watching this rather bittersweet.
I didn't attend my first FM con until two years later. You east coasters sure know how to host a great show.

I never had the opportunity to attend any of the FM conventions, unfortunately.  That 1993 convention looks amazing and exciting.
