When I was a kid, this lady was all over TV in 1940's and 1950's B&W movies. I thought she was so beautiful, I tried to watch everything she was in. I wouldn't know what gorgeous red hair she had until we got a color TV about 1960. Even then, not much was broadcast in color but Bonanza, Lawrence Welk and The Wonderful World of Disney.

She looks like Charlize Theron in that portrait. I remember her name from days of olde and she sure has
plenty of credits under her belt, titles that most movie buffs like us would recognize.
