R.I.P. Carl. You brought us more than 70 years of laughs from "Show of Shows" and classic bits with Mel Brooks to the Van Dyke show and feature films with Steve Martin (and others) and the "Ocean's 11" series. Time for a rest.
Here's one of my favorite moments from "The Dick Van Dyke Show". BTW, the whole bit with the telephone was a complete ad-lib/accident.
