This morning, before I found out Fred was gone, I watched "The Magic of Belle Isle", 2012. (Sweet little movie.)
He had a small part, but his presence was a lovely addition to the film - as it always was, whenever he appeared.
He was always a pleasure to watch! I first caught him on Fernwood Tonight in the 70s.
Willard stole every scene he ever appeared in. Fernwood Tonight had a treasure trove of "Willardisms". I love all his mockumentaries (so brilliant in Best in Show). He is one person who I will truly miss. R.I.P. Fred, thanks for all the laughs.

That sucks. I love that dude. We saw "Best in Show" at a theater in Detroit a few yrs ago and Willard was there for Q & A. Seemed like such a fun guy.
