Run to the Hills great choice. Other metal anthems that come to mind include "Breaking the Law" from Judas Priest and "Iron Man" from Black Sabbath. "Angel of Death" from Slayer good choice too.

Aside from Detroit Rock City,I would not call the rest Anthems. Just great songs. I thought for comparison sake I would put ManOWar in there as I totally feel this song Is in the top 3 ever. And I remember looking like this.
