Sabrina is on the move. "The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" series, originally put in development at the CW in September as a potential companion to "Riverdale," has landed a 20-episode, two-season, straight-to-series order at Netflix.

As someone who's reading the comic series this show will be based on, if they stick to the source material then we're going to have an awesome show on our hands. The comic is very much in the vein of Rosemary's Baby or The Exorcist or The Omen, in its approach to Satanic horror. Very dark, spooky, ominous stuff with loads of atmosphere and dread. It's very, very well done. If the show sticks with that source material and does it justice? It'll be something really special.
Sounds promising.

I absolutely love the comic series when they manage to put out an issue.

Yeah, that's the one drawback unfortunately. But hey, if the show can capture what makes the comic so great, it's not like we'll have to wait a long time between episodes, right?
