Not to mention this is the height of corny Saturday morning tv,lol
Universal doesn't own the name "Dracula".
Keep going...watch the whole cartoon. 'The Wolfman" is risen from his grave. Then comes Frankenstein....with a make up very close to universal's. Im pretty sure they own "The Wolfman" title and that Frankie make up design. If you can stomach the entire cartoon....you'll see what I mean.
The 80's Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends had a similar episode with Dracula (with a beard), Frankenstein (who's a robot in a tanktop), and Wolf-Thing (AKA Bruno).

It was actually my first ever introduction to the characters so I can't exactly hate it. But, the writers apparently think that Transylvania is A a country and B only the three monsters live there.

I think I'll just take your word for it. ;D
Funny how few films include Wolfman's laser eye beam powers.

I know, right? Thank God for Spider-woman,lol....or we would never have known. Not to mention the lasers from Frank's neck that turn folks into ....composite(?) Frankies, lol. ;D ;)
Dark lord, but that was painful to watch! No wonder Universal didn't sue. It was too dreadful for their lawyers to watch. And, no, Uni doesn't have a copyright, or a trademark, on the words The Wolf Man. Only the 2010 remake was called The Wolfman (one word). And, frankly, there was an Alan Ormsby movie by that name in the 1970s. So, if anything, Uni could be in breach of trademark violation. As far as the Frankenstein Monster design goes, it wasn't an exact copy. I think there are six different characteristics of the design, and you have to use at least five before Uni can sue you for copyright infringement.

Whoever scored this knew what he was doing. You can hear a riff on The Wolf Man theme right before the werewolves show up!

Whoever is zapped by a Frankenstein and lives.... becomes a Frankenstein himself.
