Title: Halloween Horror Nights 25 Orlando
Post by: eviljim on October 19, 2015, 02:24:43 PM
hey y'all
was wondering if anyone has made the trip to universals HHH25 down in Orlando this year and what your thoughts may be. we went last week  and spent close to 16 hrs at the park! during the day we did the other park for Harry Potter and Dr. Seuss. met Doctor Doom! we could also see the build of Kong Island a bit from over the fence!!!! then at night over to HHN. we had a great time but the lines were just out of control. i know the fast pass is available but the additional fees just wasnt gonna happen on my end. we did even hear a few complaints with those. fav House as American Werewolf by far! Jacks house was awesome as well and they were the classic monsters in there! the Jack show was fun and all the horror walking areas are amazing. wait time for Freddy vs Jason was up to 2 hours so we skipped that. the walking dead was a long wait as well. being from Atlanta the walking dead is SO played out to me. Moe's tavern was open so a Duff beer and Krusty burger was in order! only found one store with the classic monsters for merch. but nothing that ya cant find on amazon. my only real complaint and disappointment would be is that all the awesome detail they put into the houses and event , you are moved along like cattle. more than once i received the "you have to keep moving", at the very end of the night we did get to run through AWIL again! this time the security was very lack! so as we entered the Slaughtered Lamb. i stopped and finished my beer in it! i put that in the WIN column!
we enjoyed it over all
it is expensive and ya just cant see all the house with a regular ticket but ya pick your battles i guess!
