Anybody know when Amok time will be releasing pics of their It figure? I have Teen Frank, Teen Wolf and Rondo and like em a lot. Since there is precious little It merchandise, I am looking forward to this figure.
It's suppose to come out in March of 09 but if they stay to form you can probably look for it some time in the late Summer. ;D
Hey! Check this out at ultratumba productions.com
a pretty neat model kit you may be interested in?
Hmmmmm at Ultratumba I'm guessing you're talking about the Beulah figure from IT CONQUERED THE WORLD. That is a great figure and so is his SAUCERMAN and THE TINGLER.
Saw at the Amok Time web site recently that the 25" Creature and Frankenstein are now slated for May and June, 2009. Hope they're still going to do them.
Amok Time - Is that the same thing as the Star Trek Amok Time episode where Spock gets the 7 year itch?
I was refering to the Saucerman model kit for Anton to look at :)
I know, but I couldn't resist! That episode cracks me up everytime!

I saw those. Maybe at Wonderfest? I have their Buelah. I thought they were going to do an IT pre-painted piece, or was it the Monster of Pierdas Blancas? I can't keep track of all these monsters. ;)
If I hear anything about this I'll post a heads up. We are working on at least 12 to 15 new head sculpts for Amok Time/Executive Replicias that will be shown at NYCC and Toy Fair. We haven't been hired to do the It, but we are not the only sculptors working on these projects. Lots of cool stuff coming for fans of horror/monster figures.
Looking at Amok Time's web site, I see that a lot of the toys I assumed were already out are actually yet to be released. I was wondering why I hadn't bought any! The main ones I want, Blacula, IT! and Frank meets the Space Monster, have yet to come out.
I'm also interested in the NOTLD figures, but I have an "all or nothing" attitude toward them. I want to wait until more of them come out and then decide whether to collect the entire set. I'm not interested in buying them piecemeal. If the sheriff were added to the lineup, that would close the sale.
I'm definitely more interested in the 60s/70s exploitation characters than the 50s characters.
I'd love to see Amok Time sign a deal with Sam Sherman and make some Blood Island and Dracula vs. Frankenstein figures. Now that would be something.
