Joe was evidently really good until the very end. Now I sorely regret never having seen him in concert.

I saw him in concert after his first decline (pre "You're So Beautiful"). He had his beautiful voice but was so drunk he couldn't remember the lyrics. He left the stage early with tears in his eyes. It was the saddest live event I've ever been to. Luckily, he bounced back and got on top again. Loved him since his first album. RIP Joe.

I saw Joe sing two times in the 2000s. I was so glad I did, because he was phenomenal both times. I wasn't able to catch every great artist in concert that I would have liked to see and hear, but in Joe's case, thankfully I did.

But it's still sad that a nice and extremely talented man is gone.

And that there will not be another concert... :(
