I just finished this up for a friend of mine, done in the garb Chaney was wearing in A&C MEET FRANKENSTEIN (gray shirt and speckled wool pants).
An addition he wanted were the ruby colored jeweled eyes. They are somewhat of a challenge to work with- to set them correctly- as the holes have to be cut and colored correctly from behind, the jewels sit slightly protruding so the light catches them from the sides and behind. This makes them glow like fire in person.
I also painted the one in the center spread of Kirk Hammett's book.

Very nice work.
Looks great. Do you use an airbrush?
Bob-- did you paint the one I bought from you? Or did it come that way?
It was like 4 or 5 years ago...
Matt
That was a Bob job, Matt. And yes, airbrush and brush.
Incredible job and museum worthy.
Nice work! I really need to paint my tuscany frankenstein. Right now He looks like brother justice from carnivale....
Great work Bob!. The shading is perfect and the eyes really stand out.
I am glad you guys like it. It was a lot of work! Whew!
I think you did a fantastic job. I like it. Did you ever finish up Granpa Munster?
Everything but the gloves!

VERY nice Bob!
Awesome! I had that very statue, and painted it pretty similar to that color scheme (only not as well!). God, I wish I had that!
So here is my next painting project. I think this one is going to be fun...thanks, Adam!

Grandpa Munster is a model/statue??? It looks like a real photograph of Al Lewis in costume. Fantastic!
The figure is full 1:1 size.
It is a Howard Studios Grandpa head, painted by me, in Al Lewis' original 1965 season 2 THE MUNSTERS costume.
Here is my Tuscany Wolfman painted up by Bob.
The paint job is so good, I thought it came from the factory this way. Thank for making it look so nice, Bob. It is one of my favorite pieces.
