I was wondering if a silver bullet had found it's way to you or what! My father-in-law is dealing with DSL issues this week, too. He's had computer techs and phone co. people out every day and it's still messed up.

I don't think that's offered in my region, and I can't even get Verizon's website to tell me if it is. Perhaps it's a Comcast plot to keep me from switching? Ah, almost anything is better than Qwest.
Immmm Backkkkk. 5 days of me calling around 10 times a day. They came out finaley today at 330 and were finished at 333 >:(
