I think that is the Frankenstein from the Gabriel Monster Machine set.

I have a resin casting of that -- picked up at some model kit show years ago.  One of these days it'll get painted.  Nicely sculpted face.

I have that same mold in a box in the attic somewhere. I picked it up at a flea market. If I remember correctly, there was also a King Kong bust mold also for sale but I picked up just the Frankenstein. I did make one bust using Sculpy. It didn't come out too bad. Someday I will have to rummage through the boxes and find it.

Not sure about the Kong Steve, but I know there was a dual bust (or cast mold) made of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. It was a two-sided bust with Hyde on one side and Jekyll on the other. Nice looking sculpt too.
