I found these on ehow.  I seem to remember something about using steam, but I don't recall any of the steps to do it.  I hope that you can get the picture removed without it getting torn.  I know I'd hate to loose anything like that.

1 Place the photo and the glass in a large freezer bag. Leave the bag open. Freeze the bag overnight, and check it the next morning. The photo should be easy to remove from the glass using tweezers.

2 Fill a sink or bin with very cold water, and place the photo and the glass inside, completely covering them. Use your fingers to gently pull the photo away from the glass. Once you have removed the photo from the glass, air dry it, then lay something heavy such as a book on top of the photograph to make it flat again.

3 Turn a blow dryer on a medium setting, and blow the hot air behind the photograph to loosen it from the glass. Use tweezers to gently peel the photograph from the glass once it is loosened.

I've done some successful restoration of mags, comics, etc., that used a bit of wetting. If drying after under weights, I suggest sandwiching it in waxpaper, or even better, the "Release" slick paper that labels come on. Drys slower, but prevents the item from re-sticking to other things, which is a danger.

It's not completely stuck just partial. Not sure if the photo is messed up at all?

Seek professional help
Look up photo restoration services in your area--Google search will probably yield several good sources.

How far are you from Overland Park?  Jim Mathis has been doing photo restoration for many years.

Well I got the photo off with some damage but it's off. As far as the restoration it would have been cheaper to buy another autographed pic than to do that but thanks for all the help everyone. Glad I got it for practically nothing.

You can at least reseal it with a can of glossy sealer.
