Has anyone in UMAland watched this cartoon?
Tomb of Dracula Toei animation part 1 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGAAtO5Sz9w#ws)
Yup. I have a decent dv-r transfer from an old vhs tape. Its pretty cool. I would recommend it for anyone who is a fan of the old Marvel Comics series to give it a view.

I am a fan of Tomb of Dracula. If I can locate the VHS, I would like to own the cartoon. Thanks, Anton.
There was also a Frankenstein one with Toei animation.

I like it. It's comparable to the Toei Tomb Of Dracula. I bought it on VHS around 20 years ago.

I definitely want to check out the video. ;D
I had both of these on DVD-R a few years ago. Worth watching but IMO pretty cheesy. The Creeper now has my copies so maybe he can give his input here.

Thanks, W.L. ;D
WOW!! These are brand new to me!! How did they get past me?
The Frankenstein one occasionally pops up on the online site "The Monster Channel". It's entertaining. The Dracula film I saw years ago and it was pretty good
I've always wanted to see this. Thanks for posting.
I loved the Gene Colan artwork of the original comic. This cartoon... not quite so sure.
The animation style makes me think Dracula has wandered into an episode of "Robotech"

Very accurate description.
I never knew about these. I need to find a transfer

Gene Colin was an amazing Artist. R.I.P.
I came across this vhs in a pawn shop years ago. I didn't realize any one else had any interest in this. It is pretty cool though.
I used to own an original copy on VHS. I believe it was put out by Vestron Video, but I sold it a couple of years ago when I was getting rid of my entire VHS collection. It's a Japanese anime adaption of "Tomb of Dracula." It does, in fact, follow some of the story threads from the comic. It gets pretty weird when Janus is introduced. As a fan of the comic book series, I kind of enjoyed it, but I'll admit that it's not for all tastes.
Through a real cool UMA'er. I finally got a chance to own and watch Tomb of Dracula, the cartoon. Awesome stuff.
Speaking of Tomb. On a new episode of Ultimate Spiderman, Blade and Dracula were featured.
