Title: New blu ray releases.. anything significantly better?

I see creature was rereleased on blu ray this year again.. anything significantly better on these new releases?

Far as I know they're the same discs as the box set.

One review said the 3d is mucked up in the new versions.. that means they must have done something to at least the 3d version.

I don't have a 3D TV, so I haven't seen either/any of them.

I watched the Creature in 3D on my 55" flat screen, first time I had seen it in 3D ... it was fantastic!  I saw no issues at all.

The special features are great too.

From what I read,  in some scenes the 3d calibration is Way off,  and in others it's actually reversed.  Is the new release red blue 3d, or did they remaster for new 3d tvs?  If the later is the case,  I'll pop for attention least the new creature re-release,  since we have a 82" 3d 1080p TV.

I might have to byte then. I'll have to see if the review I was reading was about the older blu ray release, or the newer one. maybe they fixed the issues if they are from the first release.

I can't imagine the other movies would look significantly different, but using out 3dtv 3d glasses instead of the old red blue would be a nice improvement.
