Title: I'm in Charlotte NC for July, what should I do?
Post by: Bonomo on July 15, 2013, 07:58:50 AM
Hey all,
Thought I'd ask the group since everyone is pretty helpful, I'll be in Charlotte NC for the rest of July, any suggestions of things to do? Thanks in advance!

FYI I'm always on the lookout for a place to pick up some antiquarian books, if anyone knows of such a place around here that would be particularly helpful

NASCAR hall of fame, Billy Graham museum...otherwise, kinda dead! But, I live like 25 minutes away. I'd offer to meet you for lunch or dinner somewhere, but right now I'm dealing with my mother recuperating from a fractured pelvis in a local rehab center. There's a free screening of "The Conjuring" tonight in Charlotte. Search "Mad Monster Society of Charlotte" for more details.
