Title: Dracula Record
Post by: D.D. Wookie on May 30, 2013, 10:06:36 PM
Hello all.  When I was much younger, around 1980-82, I had a record with a Dracula story on it.  I remember the cover was hella creepy, and the story on it was too.  I don't remember all the details as it's been probably a quarter century since I heard it last, but I seem to recall a brother and sister getting lost in Castle Dracula after dark; their family for some insane reason was on vacation in Transylvania.  I remember it as very thrilling, but like most little kids at the time I didn't take the best care of it.  Anyone know/remember this record?  Thanks.

You can Google images for "Dracula record" to see if any of them look familiar.  I saw this one: (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3661/3351738277_b24c7aa4dd_m.jpg)

but I have no idea if it's the one you had.

I found the image under the title: The Story of Dracula, but must be computerly retarded because I can't figure out how to upload the image onto here.

Whew! Spoiler alert-----  Billy is OK!  Those "kids" have very nice speaking voices, but the fellow playing the part of Dracula did NOT sound like he was under the age of 18- teehee!
Thanks for the link. I was curious   :)
