I wrote a short blog about the show. It premiered last night. I liked it kinda of your standard UFO, Aliens, Zombies bizzare stories type show with Shatner's ironical wit and commentary. Anyone watch it?
Not yet, but.......the show sounds interesting.
Watched both shows and not a fan, don't get me wrong, I like Shatner but reenactments are not my cup of tea.
I agree with my buddy Kidagain...........this one is certain to circle the bowl soon.

Can Shatner just retire already??

Can Shatner just retire already??
Not if retirement from acting gives him time to focus on his singing career.
I enjoyed the show, kinda reminds my of Nimoys old "In Search Of..." but with Shatners sense of humor.
An entertaining" leave your brain at the door" kind of show.
"In Search of... " -- now there's a blast from the past. I forgot about that show...

Was that rhetorical?
I had thought that we saw the last of Shatner after those old insurance company commercials of a few years ago. I don't recall the company but he would go into a kung- fu move before making his statements about the company. Actually they were pretty funny.
He also did a few spots for a company where he was in a dimly lit club and either recited poetry or did a folk- type number closing with "I'm gone, baby... I'm gone." :D
I never want Shatner to go away...........but this series really blows. It's been done to death over the years.

Vulcans don't lie. :D
Actually i found it better than many so called Paranormal shows in that it tells bouth sides of the issue up front, it never tries to present only one side of the issue.
This show is neither as good or bad as some would suggest. Like most things it hovers more toward the middle. Shades of gray and all that..... :blank:
I haven't yet watched Shatner's new show...
