Post by: Toy Ranch on April 14, 2013, 11:53:13 AM
Hi, anyone know what these feet are from?

The darker ones on the right look like Remco 9" Wolfman feet...the other one I'm not sure, but probably a 70's knock off type 8" body.

Was going to say the same about the Remco Wolf Man feet. Is one of them a little burned?

I think the human foot is from an LJN figure... either from S.W.A.T., THE ROOKIES, or one of their EMERGENCY! figures.

Back in my day we didn't have these fancy facebook video games and twitterdoodads, we just had plastic feet and we guessed what toy they might belong to. That's what we did for fun and we enjoyed it!

The brown feet have to be Remco Wolfman feet. Google "Remco Wolfman" and look at some of the pictures of loose figures. The right foot is a perfect match. The left foot looks a little different because it has been burned, slightly melting the plastic, so the big toe doesn't stick out as much as it should. But there can be no mistake about the right foot, especially with that white pin in the ankle joint that matches the white plastic of the Wolfman's leg.

I have no idea where the human foot came from. The Wolfman had a snack? Then stepped in a pair of bear traps and gnawed off his own feet? Poor Wolfman. But he's a werewolf, so his feet will grow back.

I have never seen a foot like that. A peg that fits into the foot?  Closest I have seen is The Muhammad Ali figures that have a peg that sticks out of the foot into the leg.

That foot would never be able to keep a tight enough fit to stay standing after a week, let alone years.

Devlin is right, I believe. The human foot looks like an LJN foot. I have one of the SWAT figures, and the hands and feet are made like this.

They are both Remco Wolfmen feet. No doubt. One is just burned

The other one is a LJN type I body foot. Much like Mego, LJN had an earlier more primitive version of their 8" body. It used ball and socket joints.

I think the blemished Wolfman feet would be best served by visiting a podiatrist.

BTW, Ive got a Remco Wolfman with a chaffed ass. What would the good doctor prescribe for said malady?

I guess a Lycan-proctologist? (or is that spelled with an "i"?)
