There are a lot of major characters that need to be done in any scale. Also, Laughton as the Hunchback.

Laughton Hunchback eh?? Maybe April might just see that. Count, I am sure the good Dr. Moreau will make an appearance at some point
Personally I would like to see:
The Mad Ghoul
The Ape Woman
Tom Tyler/Lon Chaney Jr. Kharis the Mummy
Alligator Man from The Alligator People (1959)
The Colossal Beast from War of the Colossal Beast (1958)
The Werewolf (1956)
and maybe a Charles Gemora/Ray Corrigan/Emil Van Horne Gorilla!
Of course, many/most of these characters have been done as garage kits, if those are of interest. (Much more expensive, painted, than any DST toy, though.)
I would love to see Dr. Moreau. I'm working on a beastman.
