I've been trying to put together some photos from Halloweens past and found a few photos that I scanned today. Some are from very long ago. Others more recent. Please add your own!
1 year old, wondering what this Halloween thing is all about.

Memories of Octobers past! That sombrero with the skull face has a great Dia de los Muertos flavor.
Very cool, Bobby!

Those are great pics, Doc! Love them!
This is the Halloween of 1979, and my first major mask purchase. I think it was called Fangface, and I worked odd jobs for a month or more to get it. I was so proud of that mask! I think it cost over $40 at the time...a fortune to a 10 year old.

My little brother and I, circa 1978. That is a Topstone witch mask that I had for years.

My wife and I with my brother Lurch as the Addams family...1992

This is my wife and I with perhaps our most elaborate cotume efforts, 1991

Somewhere, there are pictures of the great costumes my mom used to create for me, but I haven't come across them yet.
Okay. Stop laughing. Maybe I didn't dress up as a Frankenstein monster or a werewolf, but I was ahead of my time. I was only five years old and I was already experimenting with the mysteries of cross-dressing. Ed Wood ain't got sh*t on me.
This is a photo of my brother and I dressed in drag. I am the sissy on the right. Aren't we cute? Not to worry though. We both grew up to be men with large quantities of testosterone. No angora sweaters for me.

If you were running for public office, the opposition would
kill for a photo like that!

That picture is the least of my worries. There's other pictures floating around out there that would make that pic look like a walk through the park! Public office was over for me long ago Mike! ;)
Since Monster Bob enjoyed my photo so much, I decided to let out other ghosts of my past!
BEWARE! You may not like what you find or see! I'm not kidding either!

Sorry about the glare in the two pictures, thats actually the photos themselves not from the scanner. I think its funny how how many Zorros and Green Hornets prowled my block those years. I love the Robin costume my mother made for me, and in the first picture I'm holding a tube of Imagineering's Vampire Blood and have Imagineering fangs in my mouth
Happy Halloween
Frank
Ok here is some early Halloweens of HHWolfman
The first one I was like 5 with My cousin Wendy. A vampire Bat.

Second one I think I was like 6 as the Devil
(http://i226.photobucket.com/albums/dd4/hhwolfman/hhwolfmandevil.jpg)
and last but not least I think I was 4 years old around 1967 You know who this was

Halloween 1977, my home made mask, created by carefully following the instructions from the Dick Smith Monster Make Up book from Famous Monsters. Except that Mr. Smith used make up quality latex and bread crumbs for texture....
...I used arts & crafts latex and kitty litter for texture.
As long as it was *fresh* kitty litter! ;)
George
Jim that is a great homemade mask!!
Not a photo -- but a scan of a nice vintage trick or treat bag -- might bring back some memories for some...

Again, I ask, is this the Universal Monster Navy? Hehe, wonderful pic! Such innocent fun! Love it.

I love vintage Halloween art images. Please post more, if you got 'em.

These are great. I would love to use some of these for MonsterKIDS.
Toy Ranch- I almost want to print out your classroom Halloween pictures and frame them! I have gone back to look at them multiple times, and I smile EVERY time!
Can I get permission to print? :) I will hang them up in my den, where we have our Halloween parties every year, and where my grandson hangs out.
They are such cool pictures! Ooh! I can print out my Witch costume photo and make a cool arrangement with my kids/grandson's costume photos! I LOVE when I get an artistic idea!! (which is not that often) hahahaha!
You guys are welcome to print them out or use them. Here are links to the full size high res versions.

Thanks, Toy Ranch! I love the top picture where you can see all the little witch pictures that the kids colored. :) I remember coloring those little holiday mimeographed pictures. We usually had big ol' thick crayons (with dull tips) and by October, all the wrappers were long gone and the crayons were as bare as the Autumn trees! :)
Anyway, when I finish my framed picture arrangement on the wall, I'll post a picture. Thanks again for posting that little piece of happiness.
