I would stronglely suggest this TV series, and I don't really have a hankering for today's TV.

This is a solid entry, folks.  You won't be sorry that you viewed...

Damn, I thought this show was on some kind of hiatus!?  Turns out my DVR was recording new American Pickers over The Following....if only DVR's were smart enough to realize what shows air 50 times a week and which ones air once or twice!!  Luckily I caught the mix up and was able to skip American Pickers during it's conflicting The Following time slot!  Watched ep. 3 on line and caught up with a repeat (it repeats on Sat. 8pm cst FYI) on ep. 4.

I do like the show but haven't really been all that shocked at any revelations.....and is anyone really going to be that shocked when Mike Weston is revealed to be one of the Following?!  That's not a spoiler, just a guess on my part!

So far they've only thrown me off with one character, the babysitter but I think that was more because they showed her for a split second and you kind of forgot about her!  The neighbors were obvious from the get go, as well as Maggie (the wife of Poe-fire bug, Rick Kester) and Rick stabbing her for some reason reminded me to much of a scene from Scream with Billy (Skeet Ulrich) and Stu (Matthew Lillard)!

Overall I do like the show but I wouldn't say it is the most groundbreaking/original thing out there!

I really love this show, and you never know who you can trust...this cult is huge, and my mom still thinks that the FBI woman is part of the cult. :D

Dug it at first but after the last episode I'm starting to wonder...

SPOILERS

the upstate girl cop as a cult member along with SWAT infiltrated
by cult members is a bit far fetched (imo)...and why couldn't they
follow the guy who escaped out the shoot?

End Spoilers

I'll keep watching but I hope they don't keep going with the
'surprise' cult member in each episode.

I wouldn't try to push for to much logic in this show, enjoy it and just take it for what it is!  They have so many "followers" running around right now I couldn't see the need to introduce any new ones for awhile but I'm sure more will pop up!

Not a SPOILER since it is just my opinion but I still believe that Mike Weston will end up being a member, he is the right age as all the other cult members and Ryan is sort of getting close to him/trusting of him; so it only makes sense in the grand scheme of Carroll's plan of devastating Ryan to set up for a betrayal!

I think that your right. This may be the writers way of creating different directions/ storylines for future shows.

Anyone have a filming location for the place the lady FBI's parents were living?
