Has anyone else dealt with Famous Monsters Magazine's online store? I placed an order back in August which (with shipping) was over $400. They took my money and sent me an order number and I haven't received anything since. No notice of a delay, no shipping confirmation, and most of all no item! I've tried emailing them and filling out their Contact Us form and have not received any response. To be honest, I feel like I've been ripped off and before I take any further steps I wanted to check if anyone else has had this problem.
Have you tried calling them? They used to have a customer service number. The one time I ordered from them, I had no problems.
Unfortunately the contact info on the website only has a PO Box for snail mail and the email address.
