Wouldn't the orange spray-tan crap kill the sharks, anyway?
I can't believe garbage like this and "Two-Headed Shark Attack" get made, but Steve Alten's "Meg" series just sits in development hell.
Meanwhile, there's this crapfest (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rx2cTYCP0Ns#) on Syfy tonight, right now.
Wow-seriously? I kind of enjoyed the cheesy Mega Shark vs movies, but geez, these look terrible! Steve Alten's MEG series would be a major studio picture with real effects, not these cheesy home rendered looking CGI and has beens from the 70s and 80s starring, hence it's still in development hell. I do think they will make a good MEG film that will hopefully lead to a series as the Meg Books are great and would be wonderful movies if done properly.

With all due respect I think most people at home could probably come up with something a whole lot more realistic than this. :(
That's exactly what i mean-these cheap shark movies are ridiculous. Count Z bemoaned the fact that so many of these awful shark crapfests get made while Steve Alten's MEG series sits in development hell. Meg would not be a cheap shark movie, it would be a production more in line with Jaws than 2 Headed Shark Attack.
I was dispointed that the shark attacks, did not include any attacks on the cast of "Jersey Shore"
I think even giant, albino, CGI sharks would refuse to eat Snooki and Jwow. I wouldn't sit on a toilet seat after one of those skanks had used it!
I just noticed "Two-Headed Shark Attack" stars (and I use the term loosely) Carmen Electra and Brooke Hogan. How did Syfy manage to pass that one up?
Just 2 more days til juiceheads and skanks get eaten by bad CGI effects! Zombie Razz
It's bad enough these idiots are now directly associated the real Jersey Shore (and anyone from here knows it's just Seaside. Go 6 miles north to Pt Pleasant and it's still beautiful.) Anyway....how in the friggin world did someone willingly give their money to have this made, along with actors being paid........and I can't find a comic book artist to collaborate with.
Sometimes the way of the world just ain't right.
I watched literally 30 seconds of this movie and had to turn it off. Now, I love B-movies, but old B-movies, these new ones think that special effects make the movies "fun" of "good". I'm sick of these Sy-Fy channel movies that are just completely horrible and in no way fun to watch. With all the movies that have been made over the decades you'd think Sy-Fy would fill their slots with something worth while.
Gonna try watching the 1AM rebroadcast. Wish me luck!
One has to wonder how they talked Paul Sorvino, Jack Scalia and William Atherton into being in this.
Ohh, that was painful! Yikes, and Syfy claims this crap gets their best ratings? No wonder all they put on is utter garbage! Next week's "Piranhaconda" looks like another "winner."

I think it had to do with being paid. It's not like acting is the steadiest and most dependable form of employment. Besides, simply reading the script won't give you and idea of how bad the CGI will be, when the film reaches post initial filming.
Seriously, "Piranhaconda," really?
It sounds like a Tiki drink...
