Hey All -

I actually sculpted the hand for Factory Ent, and have another pic and some info on the original sculptor on my IN PROGRESS facebook page here:

When did Universal change their logo to a smiling Frankenstein Monster?

Hi Seed,

Unfortunately I honestly do not know - I was hired to do the sculpt but the decisions that come after that are out of my hands  :)  Whatever the price turns out to be, I hope you all are happy with the outcome of the sculpt - I put a lot of research in, and even was sent some personal photos of the sculptor holding an original casting  (On my facebook page I talk about the man who first sculpted the hand)

As a collector myself, I really wanted anyone who buys this to feel like it's "worth" it in quality and details.

About 2009, I believe. Before that it was the blood-splatter logo, which never really made sense considering the classic monster movies were bloodless.
