Thats Really cool.
Wish I could see the rest of it (if there is anymore).
I suspect those who can't see it have a lower screen resolution setting placing the border beyond edges of the screen.

As DrZeus said, not everyone can see it, which I didn'tr realize when I posted it. Here are screen caps:
