Ah, it's a new day. The sky is gloomy. Rain is falling. Thunder's a rumblin'. Time for some photos of the Marx Mighty Kong.

You may have seen other photos of the Marx Mighty Kong, but these are premium pics. That means they were made using high-grade pixels. The average digital photo uses Grade B or Grade C pixels that cost about 1/100th of a cent each. That is why most digital photos look kind of cheap. But I use certified Grade A+ pixels. They cost an entire penny each. So each of those photos cost me about $500 to produce. I had to first mix the premium pixels using a special recipe, then carefully pour them into my camera. If you spill any, look out. They're toxic. You need a special camera to handle premium pixels. It's like using diesel vs regular gas. If you want to get into the premium pixel hobby, you need a lot of money. The price of pixels goes up every year. But the results are worth it.
Way Cool! Is this a recent acquisition of yours? What year is he from?
Ah, yes. Forget gas prices, pixel prices are really on the rise. I, for one, really appreciate your generous contribution.
He looks like my Yorkshire terrier "Fang" especially when I trim the hairs around his eyes, then I get the business end of his nashers (teeth) boy does he hate scissors.

Wow. The things we give away here for free. The US economy has gone to hell in a hand basket. The price of gasoline at an all time high, folks are losing their homes to foreclosure, and still, we here at UMA, just give it all away for nothing. We ought to start charging fees for premium pixels.
Raymond, your pixel sacrifice has not gone unnoticed. I will come to you tonight with pixy dust and lightly sprinkle some on your forehead as you sleep. Don't worry, I'll be sure not to spill any on your silk pajamas.

General, it's not the monsters that scare me, it's that you know what Ray sleeps in.

Count me in on that appreciation list. Really lovely to look at Ray, really.

Remember Brian. What happens at Wonderfest, stays at Wonderfest. We are comped one room. Sometimes it comes with only one bed. Now you know the kind of sacrifice that is being made to bring the world the Toy Tour. I feel so dirty, but I do it all for you.

Robert. If you really do enjoy looking at Ray, I would be happy to start a new thread named "Another Day With Ray". At this new thread I will post a daily photo of Raymond. You will see Ray at work, at play, at sleep, happy, sad, hungry for steamed vegetables, even in a big fluffy Easter bunny suit! No joke. Robert, are you hungry for more Raymond?
The Mighty Kong in this photo is the very same Mighty Kong I had as a child.

I like how you have him on the McFarlane base. Did he eat the Mickey Kong, or did he just break its jaw and thump his chest?
Thank goodness some of us still have a few of our childhood monsters.

I thought the McFarlane base was very well-done and fortunately I was able to acquire it sans Kong. The McFarlane Kong escaped and probably went to Japan to battle Godzilla or something, only the base and shreiking Fay Wray were left behind. This reminds me... I still need to repaint her hair.

According to Todd McFarlane from an interview I did with him several years ago, that's not actually intended to be Fay Wray, it's just a random woman in a red dress. And she doesn't really fit into Kong's hand either. He didn't explain the reasoning behind not including Fay, but he did say it wasn't her.

He said that because he didn't pay Ms. Wray or her estate a licensing fee. Of course it's Fay Wray, and of course he won't admit that. McFarlane has been sued for using a celebrities name without permission. I'm sure he's very sensitive to licensing issues.

What is the big Kong in the right corner? With his hands against his stomach? I like that one.

You're a funny guy Terry but one thing my friend, don't quit your day job just yet. ;D

Max the Drunken Severed Head at rest with his General at Monster Bash 2006.
AHA! Male bonding at its worst(wurst?). Really---you've should've posted a warning about the graphic nature of that photo and that some viewers may find the image disturbing.
I now feel as though I need to sit in a vat of acid and pound nails into my head.
"Meek"(bucket of industrial strength eyewash, please)
Aw, I think it's a cute picture. Unless Max is smiling because he just farted in his sleep, in which case, it is disturbing.
Wow. This board certainly has taken on an awful lot of gay overtones as of late. Not that there is anything wrong with that; it's just not for me.
So what's next, guys...Gigantic Francois, your 2-foot monster pal with the swishy swagger? :-\

Me neither Bob. Homey don't play that. My posse looks more like this. The Brides of the Famous Monster of Minneapolis - they're my only weakness.

I thought they were pretty entertaining, especially the part about the Terry/Raymond/Marx Frankenstein love triangle. I'm already eagerly awaiting the next installment to confirm whether something is going on between Raymond and the Yeti. Of course, I think there is.

Who else? A general always pins the medals on his troops uniforms. :P
As Mickey said in Rocky IV, "Hit the one in the middle." Yeah, I'd hit the one in the middle. By "one in the middle" I mean the one in the cowboy hat. And by "hit" I mean... ;)

What the hell did I stumble into? Whoa, I've been gone way too long!
