Sherwood Schwartz has passed away, I find this sad as he has worked on a few of my favorite tv shows
He was the creator of Gilligan's Island and The Brady Bunch and even wrote the theme songs
He is known as a tv legend, back in 1961 he won an emmy for his work as a writer on The Red Skelton Show
Schwartz worked as a script supervisor for My Favorite Martian and writer and producer of Harper Valley PTA
Sherwood worked in radio before transitioning over to television -- serving as a writer for Bob Hope's radio show
It's about Time and The Alan Young Show were among some of his other works
Schwartz passed away at 94 of natural causes at his home surrounded by family
A prolific man, he has my gratitude for his wonderful work! RIP

I best remember him for the Brady Bunch. Thank you for being a part of my childhood by making fun tv shows Mr. Schwartz !
