* edit - added new images of shirt (fmofmpls)
FYI the image I imported is a cut and paste thing I did to give an idea of how the shirts will look. These will be high quality screened images. If you like the previous UMA shirts, you will love these!
I'm in for 3 !!!
*prepares to duck the tomato cannons* Or we could change our name. I mean, Universal's monsters are the soul of it all, but we talk about far more than just the monsters of one studio.
It's not "cool" looking but it is quick and to the point and free advertising for the site. I'd take 2 for me and 1 for the wife. She took 1 of my last UMA shirts cuz it shrank on me and her being 5'3" and chubby fits her perfect.
What are the prices, anyway?

They're in the post with the pics of the shirts. Depends on the size desired.
Thanks Rob. Not cool looking? Really? I think this artman666 design kicks ass, and so does our general and founder which is largely why it was adopted to be the site logo. And despite the misinterpreted connotation that Universal Monster Army largely connects with our beloved Universal Studios monsters (which it most certainly does), it's much much more than that. We are a Universal (global, all consuming) Monster (classic, modern, misfit) Army (a world power defending the frights of all inhumankind).
I'll definitely be in for 3 or 4.
I'd get one.

Feel free to contact the artist Gillman-fan Jeff. I'm sure he'd be happy to hook you up with one of these on a transfer or through his web site. Jeff - you have our blessing to make this design available to anyone who's interested and wants to trade with you directly.
I'm in for 3.
Cool!
I'm down for two of the black UMA tees in 4XL. I always get just one shirt, then spill bleach on it and wish I had a second after they're all sold out. So, I'll get 2 as a pre-emptive strike.
Thanks guys. Don't forget to send me a PM or email if you're interested in these. The PMs generate email notices to me that I save in a deadicated email folder. This helps me keep track of who's in and how many pre-orders have come through. That way I won't miss anyone or have to retrace through the thread to find you. :o

Thomas, you and Gary are tops in my book for expressing your love for your wives. So nice to see!
You know, a few years ago I went through a stage where I was feeling maybe I was too old to wear t-shirts. I thought maybe as a middle-aged woman it looked 'wrong'. So for a couple of years, I hardly wore them. Then I realized, who cares, t-shirts are comfortable and my husband actually says he prefers me dressed down as to dressed up. (What a guy.) So I'm back to t-shirts and will probably be wearing them when I'm 70!

Karen, what I love about t-shirts is how EXPRESSIVE they are. You can really make a statement with one because the variety of graphics are so voluminous that you can really say something about who you are in a way you can't wearing anything else. And expressing yourself NEVER goes out of style no matter what our ages!!
BTW, as you know< I adore my wife. And the greatest evidence of how wonderful she is as a person is the fact that she puts up with me. Frankly, I don't know how she does it. ;D

Scatter,

And the rest you darlings!
Moonshadow, I used to wear T-shirts all the time, too. I got tired of wearing them. I have a few that I really like and I kept them. I always wore sweatshirts in the winter, too. I got tired of that, too. So I got some fleece sweaters and some long sleeve shirts to wear under them and I like them better. I like the long sleeve shirts. I got them just a tad tighter and a little lower cut. OK guys, don't everybody drool at one time.
I'm in for one.

hey Brian - we're up to 28 shirts. Thanks for asking! Oh and I neglected to mention, if you buy more than one, you can deduct $1 from the price of each shirt for how many you buy. One shirt (size S,M,L,XL) $15. Two shirts - $14 each - $28. Three shirts - $13 each - $39. For size 2XL and up, same deal. One size 2XL - $16. Two size 2XL - $15 each - $30.

I don't know how I missed all the goings on around here! I would also like to buy one :) Most of my day is spent in a monster t-shirt with jeans or shorts, so I would love to order 1 or 2. Everyone loves it when I debut a new black monster shirt at family gatherings. My Blood Orgy of the She Devils shirt is getting a little ragged, so I need a new shirt to take its place. Go UMA!!!

Char is the coolest. Where did you get your monster Tshirts?
Oh my, I've been wearing those shirts since the 90s! I also have an Incredibly Strange Creatures Who stopped Living and Became Mixed up Zombies t-shirt. In fact, I have a whole extra closet of monster t-shirts. That's what I wear in my down time when I'm not around kids. I think I bought most of them at a store in downtown Atlanta, or Athens. I just started getting them as birthday gifts too and before you know it........you wear monster/horror shirts and life seems better :)
Isn't it time you threw out some of those old ragged t-shirts of yours?

Just an update on the total pre-orders. 40 shirts have been pre-ordered and we need at least 100 to get the order placed for the current price. No money due until after the shirts are in in and ready to ship. Thanks for your support and keep the orders coming!

Which front side t-shirt would make for a better UMA shirt?
Style #2 was going to have the larger image on the backside complete with url. But maybe folks want the larger image on the frontside?
Let's hear some input.
BTW, we are sticking to the the UMA logo design. It isn't a question of whether or not we're going to use it, but rather where we should place it.

OK, seriously, I'm starting to get worried about getting these shirts in time for next March's Mad Monster Party. Mars needs women, and I need T-shirts! (And, since men are from Mars, I need women, too! But, that's a different thread.)
It is with great disappointment in announcing that we will not be producing our proposed t-shirt. We just didn't have the required amount of preorders to move forward with production. As a result, the proposed t-shirt design has been currently shelved. This is not to say that we won't have a new t-shirt sometime around the bend, it just won't be the proposed design (UMA logo). I think our last t-shirt that we made, and it's design, set the mark pretty high. That t-shirt (along with all the trouble that it brought us), is going to be hard to beat. Thanks for all of your support and interest. I promise to continue with another attempt at a group t-shirt at a later time.
