Simple game-just write about circumstances where you're just fooling yourself, for example:
YJFYW.....you comb over and think to yourself "nope, NO-ONE can see that bald spot"
YJFYW... you're at a Walmart or somewhere, thinking you're looking pretty good - then you notice your reflection in a full length mirror or a glass case or window or something :-\.
You're just fooling yourself when....
You think that you know what your spouse is up to on a daily basis

That presupposes, that, you CAST A REFLECTION... ;)
You start looking at yourself from all angles in a mirror trying to find one that flatters you--------as if somehow everyone will see you from that angle OR that if there's ONE angle out of 100 where you discover that you don't look awful---------that it matters. :o
YJFYW- You wear a delightful holiday sweater out on the town, thinking that you look festive- only to see your reflection and realize you look like an idiotic old woman in a bulky, beaded snowflake covered, knitted abomination! (my own story :( , sadly)
You walk up to the counter at Wal Mart with a pile of action figures and they cashier lady says"Some little boy is gonna have a good Christmas", and all you can do is say "uh~yeah" (because they are all for you and the collection,lol) ::)
YJFYW....you think those twinges you feel after shovelling snow must be new muscles growing
YJFYW............you promise yourself that NEXT YEAR you'll do all your Christmas shopping EARLY and be done by October.
