Dear Folks-
I don't usually do this, but...
Some of you may recognize some of the shows below, as I had them listed in a recent Ebay lot - until the whole listing was pulled! (And none too wisely; one item they yanked was my OWN Quicksilver Radio Theater work! I've corrected them on that, and can relist.)
To the best of my knowledge, the programs I sell are Public Domain. But now it seems that you have to have PROOF that they are no longer copyrighted (involving paying the Copyright Office for a search.)
Here's what I had offered, and of course, let me know if you're interested in any:
DVD-Rs -
- A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Animated 1969/70 version; "CBS Family Classic Tales")
- A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Animated 1971 version; Richard Williams/Chuck
Jones/Alistair Sim)
- A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Animated 1982 version)
- A CHRISTMAS CAROL (1959 version; Basil Rathbone)
CD-Rs-
- A CHRISTMAS CAROL (1941 Victor Records version; Ernest Chappell)
- A CHRISTMAS CAROL (1995 Quicksilver Radio Theater version)
- THE BLUE CARBUNCLE (2002 Quicksilver Radio Theater version)
- FIBBER McGEE AND MOLLY ON THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS (1945 Capitol
Records)
- FIRST CHRISTMAS RECORD FOR CHILDREN (1967 Harmony Records; w/RED SKELTON)
I think you'd be happy with these. I use good discs; they're in illustrated cases (often with images from their original releases); and they're only $10 per disc, postpaid.
Happy holidays,
-Craig
P.S. - I have more similar stuff, if there's something you're looking for...
P.P.S. - Beware: Ebay is on the prowl!
