The former child actress Cammie King, who most famously played the daughter of Rhett Butler and Scarlett O'Hara in GONE WITH THE WIND in '39 has passed away at age 76. Her career as a child star was very brief, but before she "retired", she also did voice work in the 1942 Disney film BAMBI as the voice of young Faline. Rest in peace, Cammie--one of Hollywood's youngest stars...

That's a shame. I was lucky enough to get her autograph on a Bambi and Faline still along with our friend Donnie "SON OF FRANKENSTEIN" Dunagan for my wife.

RIP Cammie...

Rest In Peace, Cammie...
I always loved her lil' southern accent when saying her line in GWTW when Rhett said he was going to take her on a trip...."Waay-uh? Waay-uh?" Sweet face. Sad she is gone at a young 76.
