I keep mine in the package so i don't see any problems.  Is it the zez on his head?  As to being taller than the gill man, pretend it's Ricou Browning as the Creature and not even Chapman.  Browning was kinda short.

Remove Ardeths hat and give him a wider stance like Frank and they line up pretty well.   

He should be bigger than the Mummy figure.  Imhotep was a shrivled corpse.  Ardeth  a fleshed out man.

Dang, the height difference is really bugging me with Ardeth Bay is really bugging me. Displayed with series 1 and 2, he's taller than both the Monster and the Gill Man.

Think I'll be cutting his ankles/feet off and making those shorter to try and make this a better scale.

Am I weird or does this bother anybody else?
