Glad I got him, though I really only ordered him because of the Haunted Mansion figures.  I was hoping he'd be a larger format.  But he is cool nonetheless.

It was limited to 2 per address/person. If someone tried to order more it cancels the order. I heard the owner talk about how many of each item they make. He said they never release the total they make because they feel if it's a low number it just encourages scalpers to jump on it to resale. He said they don't purposely limit anything but instead produce as many as they think they can easily sell. Some items popularity surprises them and they end up making more (like the towels and GPK's last year).

On the stuff this year no one can complain. They said in advance when it was going on sale and it was available for at least a couple of hours.

Well, if I bought 2, my girlfriend bought 2. someone where I worked bought 2 for me, etc....

I imagine scalpers have a list of people who will help them exceed limits.  Just buying 2 of something and selling one for 100% profit makes your own collection free.
