These aren't Universal Monsters. This is Super 7's own line of original characters called "The Worst". I think there are 12 total characters (this Frankenghost being one of them). This is the 3rd variant they have released this year of this character. They are immensely popular and have all sold out. This was released today and like the others before it will sell out rather quickly. You can look them up. I think people have posted images of some of the others in this thread previously. They aren't my thing for the most part but I have liked the look of some of the characters. But a lot of people are really into them.
