Igor The Movie

I just saw a trailer for a new animated comedy called Igor on Yahoo Movies.  It stars the voices of: Steve Buscemi, Jennifer Coolidge, Jay Leno, John Cleese and John Cusack as Igor.  It'a about a hunch-backed assistant to a mad scientist who dreams of winning the Annual Evil Science Fair and becoming a mad scientist himself.  I really enjoyed the snippet I saw and this looks like a funny, affectionate tribute to all the great Universal films we love.   It is slated to come out on Sept.19th.

   At last! The entire planet will be up to their armpits in little movie tie-in hunchbacks! But best of all is that my own collection of little crooked men will increase ten-fold!
   I now have something pleasant to look forward to in the Fall.

Sounds like a great crew!  Too bad Marty Feldman isn't with us any longer.  I can't say for sure that he'd be the best Igor for an animated feature, but I have a hunch he'd do well.
