I LOVE TORMENTED, As you say it is an unrecognised classic Ghost Story.
The other night i saw the remake of NIGHT OF THE DEMONS it was glossier but i must confess im more partial to the original.

yeah, the original is a hoot! Love Linnea Quigley's opening scene  ;)   haven't seen the remake....
