Yes. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I might copy you, and rewatch them. That shower-fight scene (Wicked Warden) usually gets repeated viewings.

Revisited the flicks, then listened to the Sam Sherman commentaries about the history of Hemisphere Pictures. The Sherman commentaries are fun and enlightening, but I doubt many people mistook Brain Of Blood for a Blood Island flick as he surmised. That was pure Al Adamson shlock, and...no Philippinos. Brain Of Blood used some of the music from Mad Doctor Of Blood Island but that was about it.
