Does anyone think we'll ever see a restored print of THE DAY OF THE TRIFFIDS (1962) and possible Blu-ray?
A shame to see it lingering in its current state.

I gave up waiting for it a decade ago and just watch the DVD I have.

Does anyone think we'll ever see a restored print of THE DAY OF THE TRIFFIDS (1962) and possible Blu-ray?
A shame to see it lingering in its current state. 

That and DAY THE WORLD ENDED (1955) are in limbo.  Both were supposed to have been restored by now.

Shout Factory did a lot of the work toward releasing DTWE, but stopped short of issuing the BLU.  I was SO disappointed.
