More Hints:

It's from the '70s. It stars a guy who was in several Horror flicks of the time, and was also a guest star in a Kolchak episode. His performance in this film is very good. He's one of my favorite actors.

DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

Nope.

"Charge! Charge! Charge!"

(nothing to do with the cavalry)  :D

Another day, another hint:

The star was in a fairly well known Eurohorror vampire flick that had a title change to match the title of this film so they could play a double bill with similar sounding titles. They made a great Horror drive-in double feature back in the '70s with this fellow starring in both films. The vamp film also starred another male lead well known in the genre as well as two major Eurohotties.

Does this film involve a Gorilla or Monkey?
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."
