Ok this thread has an easy premise: someone posts a vague(not TOO much detail) description of the plot of a horror or sci-fi movie and members try to guess which film it is. Winner gets to pick next film. Have fun and if you want, inject a little humor in the descriptions as well.
Here's an example: A town goes to sleep while aliens knock their women up.. VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED(1960)

Bingo!
Your turn, Gaira.
A mask on the killer and a mask in the closet.
BEHIND THE MASK (1946)?
No
bumping
We're still on "A mask on the killer and a mask in the closet"?

Right!
Is it Halloween?
Just an FYI - the description may be a "spoiler". Hopefully everyone participating in this thread seen these movies a bunch of times already.
Think we probably need another clue.
It's from the 60s.
The only movie that makes me think of a closet, is "The Brain That Wouldn't Die."
EYES WITHOUT A FACE (1960) ?
Homicidal ? (Think about it.)
No, no and no. I first learned of this in William K. Everson's "Classics of the Horror Film"... I believe. I can't confirm that as I can't find my copy.

If I re-read the whole book, will there be a refence to a mask in a closet?
Ha... no, but looking at the pictures might jog your memory.
I looked thru the Everson book and the only masks were in a photo from "Kiss of the Vampire".
The picture in the book shows the mask on the killer.
"Blood and Roses" is my final guess.
No... so now it's time, I guess. This has been going a long time. It's...
The Beach Girls And The Monster [1965], which in Everson's book is incorrectly identified as The Horror Of Party Beach.

The Beach Girls And The Monster [1965]
Is the monster a fake? If it's a real monster, then it's not wearing a mask.
SPOILER ALERT: Sorry... in an earlier post, I mentioned...
"Just an FYI - the description may be a "spoiler". Hopefully everyone participating in this thread seen these movies a bunch of times already."
Yes, the monster is a fake. In hindsight, is it still a monster movie??? It is in many monster books.
Who goes next?
I will, if you like.
Go ahead!
Thanks. Here goes:
These medical experiments have produced a sad group of lunatics and a newly recruited assistant isn't liking what he's discovering.
The Black Sleep?
Yep. That was quick, lol.
A guy goes to the big city to find out why his sister is "dating" so many men and winds up with new lease on life
'70s flick?
Does the sister "do something" to the guys she "dates", like suck their blood, or something?

Not harmful contact, but she does do something for her dates yes..no blood, violence or paranormal activity involved..

She's a hooker?
Can't think of an old horror movie where a guy benefits from his sister being a hooker.

I didnt say he benefits from it, just that he gets a new life... ;)

A new life doesn't sound like a detriment.

THE MONSTER AND THE GIRL (1941) ?
That's the one. Your turn! :)
Here ya go:
A musician's hands signal something ominous for him.
The Hands of Orlac (Mad Love)?
Not that one.
The Beast With Five Fingers ?
The Man and the Monster?
Neither of those films guys. The musician's hands were not cutoff or new ones grafted. No deal with the devil either or anything supernatural, but there is an evil character involved. The scene with his hands is brief, but indicative of a terrible change coming.
A one word clue: Rondo
The Brute Man ?
No. Actually, Rondo isn't in this film, but there is something unique about him that is.

Is somebody else wearing Rondo's hat? No, if that were true, then it wouldn't be unique to Rondo.
The Monster Maker
Wait a minute! Acromegaly isn't unique to Rondo!

Sorry Mike. 'Unique' was a poor choice of words. I should have put it as the film and Rondo had something in common. Anyhow, Memph got it. His turn!
