Yeah, it appears that these Super 7 Super Soapies are based on the old 1960s bubble bath Super Soakies, but are to be used to blow bubbles, thus the bubble wand attached to the inside of the head cap.

In a way that's better for me as I know my kids will enjoy using up all of the liquid!

Were they part of the same order number has the Mutant when you ordered?     They dont usually break orders up and ship separately.

Yep.  All on the same order.  And I ordered everything the second I got the email announcing the stuff was available.  So perhaps they made the announcement when they got word everything was coming to them, only to later find out that some were delayed.
